One woman’s race to embrace her inner athlete!  Non-athletic Mindy signs up for a Ironman triathlon one day – and the road towards completion brings more turns, twists, and bumps in the road than she ever expected.  This solo show is a fun look at how we challenge ourselves, deal with the unexpected, and find enlightenment in the most unexpected places. Mindy Pfeffer is an actor/athlete/playwright living in New York City where she acts, writes plays, and works as a teaching artist in the schools of NYC.  She started competing in triathlons several years ago and dreams of becoming the slowest, oldest pro triathlete one day!  She is thrilled to be combining her two passions-obsessions (triathlon and theatre) with the solo show “Iron in Your Future.”
