An American Dream is a co-creation by Amanda Huotari and Aitor Basauri. Amanda has toured her original solo work to international venues from The New York Clown Theatre Festival to Seattle’s Moisture Festival and Teatro R101 in Bogota, Colombia. Amanda’s now in her 12th season serving as Executive Artistic Director of Celebration Barn Theater, Maine’s residential center for creating and performing original theater. Aitor is Joint Artistic Director of Spymonkey, the UK’s leading physical comedy company and teaches at Ecole Philippe Gaulier in France.
