Performance 6/13/26 – The Apohadion

I had no idea about this phenomena but now it is forever etched in my memory by this vivid, funny, stomach-turning performance. In case you also didn’t know, I’ll try not to give it all away here. These monologues are hysterically delivered by three committed performers who pull off the impossible having you listen to their Haribo/horrible stories of pain, anguish, and gummy bears. (An added bonus for writers of horror: you can steal some priceless descriptions if you take notes.)

Performance 6/14/26 – The Apohadion

Colorful costumes, colorful set dressing, and oh‑so‑colorful language. This show is going to take you on a trip. There’s no question where you’re headed; you’ll know the moment those sweet, bright bears open their mouths, but how you get there is the real adventure. Try to relax and just go with the flow. Special thanks to the artists for my new favorite pronunciation of “Tokyo Drifted,” which has already started to seep into my household lexicon.
