Are words really as precious as jewels, worth fighting over?  Pepin, the would-be writer, wants justice; Estella, the drama queen, wants attention; and the Professor, the tired old novelist, just wants to go fishing.  Wish them luck.

Anthony DiFranco, from Northport, New York, is a novelist, filmmaker, and playwright.  Besides “Gone Fishing,” he has written two full-length plays (“66 Candles” & “Potato Pancakes”) and is the writer-director of many original feature films and documentaries.

This show is part of an exciting PortFringe “double feature” event, which means you will see two short performances in the same one-hour performance slot. Gone Fishing is paired with Experiments in Connection: You & I.
